HOW THE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM WORKS

Each dumbbell sits in a moulded storage
tray that holds the full set of weight
plates in an organised, secure arrangement.
To change weight you simply turn the dial
at each end of the handle to the number
you want. The mechanism automatically
engages the correct combination of plates
for that weight and locks them firmly
into the handle using a patented plate-
locking system. You lift the dumbbell
out of the tray and the unused plates
remain safely seated in the base — they
do not rattle, shift or fall.

The transition from one weight to the
next takes three to five seconds. This
speed means circuit training, supersets,
drop sets and pyramid training can all
be performed fluidly and continuously

The commercial-grade moulded handle
is contoured for a comfortable,
natural grip position across all
weight settings. The surface texture
provides reliable non-slip security
without the abrasiveness of knurled
metal handles that damage bare palms

across all weight settings — unlike
some adjustable dumbbell systems
where the handle changes shape

IMPORTANT CARE NOTES

Always return dumbbells to the storage
tray before adjusting the weight dial.
Never adjust the dial while the dumbbell
is being held or while weight is being
applied to the plates — this will damage
the mechanism. Store in a cool, dry
indoor environment away from moisture.
Wipe handle and tray clean after each
session. Do not drop the dumbbells from
height — the plate-locking mechanism
is precision-engineered and is not
designed to absorb impact loading
from being dropped.
