1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DaraLife platform — including the website, mobile application, community hubs, wellness shop, health digest, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DaraLife Wellness Global ("DaraLife", "we", "us", "our").

2. About DaraLife

DaraLife is a wellness and humanitarian platform that provides:

• A curated online shop for wellness and health supplement products
• A health and lifestyle digest with expert-written articles and protocols
• Community hubs ("The Collective") for peer support, health discussions, and milestone sharing
• An expert volunteer network connecting health professionals with communities in need
• Humanitarian health missions funded in part by platform revenue and donations
• AI-assisted wellness guidance tools

DaraLife is registered in Nigeria. Our registered business name is DaraLife Wellness Global, BN 9423952, CAC Registered, No 13 Marafa Street, Bayan Dutse, Kaduna, Nigeria.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features — including community hubs, order history, and premium content — you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at daralife.hq@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the platform or its community members.

4. Shop & Product Purchases

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free, complete, or current. In cases of inaccuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any orders placed with incorrect information.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund.

Health Disclaimer

White Label Products

Some DaraLife products may be privately labelled. Product quality and ingredient accuracy are maintained to our standards. All products comply with applicable Nigerian food and drug regulations.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. DaraLife is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Payments & Pricing

Payment Processing

All payments on the DaraLife platform are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-compliant payment processor. DaraLife does not store your card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service.

Currencies

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦ NGN) by default. USD display is for reference only. Your bank may apply foreign exchange fees for international card transactions. DaraLife is not responsible for currency conversion rates or bank fees.

Impact Contribution

5% of every product purchase is allocated to DaraLife's humanitarian health missions. This contribution is non-refundable once a mission has been funded.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

6. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our full Refund & Returns Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Digital products (premium articles, consultation fees) are non-refundable once accessed
• Donations to humanitarian missions are non-refundable
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Community & The Collective

Community Standards

DaraLife's community hubs are spaces for genuine wellness support, discussion, and connection. By participating, you agree to our full Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:

• Post content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful
• Share misinformation, unverified medical claims, or dangerous health advice
• Harass, bully, or target other community members
• Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services
• Share another member's personal information without consent
• Impersonate medical professionals without verified credentials

User-Generated Content

By posting content in community hubs — including posts, comments, stories, and voice notes — you grant DaraLife a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Moderation

DaraLife moderators may remove content, lock discussions, or ban users who violate community standards. Moderation decisions are at our discretion and may not always be explained.

8. Lifestyle Digest & Content

Articles, protocols, and content published in the DaraLife Digest are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. DaraLife editorial content is reviewed for accuracy but individual health outcomes vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

DaraLife reserves the right to update, correct, or remove any content from the Digest without notice.

9. Premium Articles & Paywalls

Certain content in the Lifestyle Digest requires payment to access ("Premium Articles"). Payment for premium content is processed via Paystack. Once a premium article has been accessed and unlocked, the fee is non-refundable.

Premium article access is tied to your account. You may not share, redistribute, or resell access to premium content.

10. Impact & Humanitarian Missions

A portion of DaraLife revenue and all direct donations are allocated to humanitarian health missions. We are committed to transparency in how these funds are used. However:

• Specific mission timelines and outcomes depend on operational factors outside our control
• Donations are not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated
• DaraLife does not guarantee specific aid outcomes
• Mission funds are not held in escrow and may be pooled with other mission funds

11. Expert & Volunteer Network

Health professionals who join the DaraLife expert network do so voluntarily. DaraLife does not employ these professionals and is not liable for advice given by volunteer experts.

Consultation requests facilitated through the platform are informational only and do not constitute a patient-doctor relationship. Expert volunteers must hold valid professional credentials in their stated field.

DaraLife reserves the right to remove any expert from the network at any time if they violate these Terms or the platform's standards.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the DaraLife Platform — including the name "DaraLife", logos, branding, website design, articles, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of DaraLife Wellness Global or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any DaraLife content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of content for reference purposes is permitted.

13. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in those policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DaraLife and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any products purchased through the Platform
• Health outcomes resulting from information or advice on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DaraLife in the 30 days preceding the claim.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, your community content may remain visible unless you request its removal.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.

For consumer disputes related to product purchases, you may also refer the matter to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).
