Refund & Returns Policy
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product on arrival
- Product significantly different from description
- Order never delivered (after investigation)
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
- Premium article access (once unlocked)
- Consultation fees (once session is completed)
- Donations to humanitarian missions
- Change of mind after opening
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Once a refund is approved, you can expect to receive it within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged on arrival). If we made the error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Digital Products & Services
Impact Contribution
The 5% impact contribution included in every product purchase is allocated to DaraLife's humanitarian missions at the time of purchase. This portion is non-refundable even if the remaining product purchase is refunded.
